Site and Project Engineers will plan, schedule, and deliver civil infrastructure works across Victoria, including roads, bridges, earthworks, drainage, structures, and renewables projects. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, labour, and plant; tracking costs, variations, and progress claims; ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance; improving productivity; solving site issues; and mentoring junior staff where applicable.

Provides administrative support to executive assistants, senior leaders, and teams through calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, expense reconciliation, supply ordering, reception coverage, and event coordination. The role also helps maintain a professional, welcoming, and smoothly functioning office environment while offering exposure to senior executives and potential progression toward a PA or EA position.

Plan, maintain, and update construction and maintenance programs for utility projects. Partner with project leads and finance to align schedules with contract requirements, measure outputs and resource needs, advise on programming, and prepare weekly project reports for management. The role requires strong construction methodology, field productivity, project controls, analytical, communication, and advanced Excel skills, with experience in power utilities maintenance scheduling.
