Design, build, program, integrate, and deploy robotic manufacturing cells for high-voltage pulsed-power hardware. Responsibilities include robot selection, end-effector and fixture design, machine vision and sensor integration, PLC and motion-control integration, safety architecture, automated assembly and inspection, maintenance practices, and production-line development. The role partners with mechanical and electrical engineers, supports design for automated assembly, and helps grow the robotics team in a fully onsite startup environment.

Own day-to-day corporate IT operations, including account provisioning, device deployment, MDM administration, SaaS and identity management, helpdesk support, network troubleshooting, endpoint compliance, documentation, asset inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships. The role supports macOS and Windows environments, provides onboarding assistance, and operates as the primary IT resource for the San Leandro office with occasional after-hours support and travel.

Own security strategy and technical controls across AWS, infrastructure as code, software development, identity, SaaS, control systems, and data pipelines. Responsibilities include cloud security, DevSecOps, security monitoring, incident response, access control, endpoint baselines, risk tracking, compliance preparation, and security awareness. The role is the company’s first dedicated security position and requires close partnership with IT and engineering, occasional travel, and after-hours incident response availability.
