As a VP, Protocol Engineer, you will design, deploy, and manage validator infrastructure, optimize workflows, and enhance monitoring and security in blockchain networks.

Design, build, and own developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and platform systems to improve engineering productivity. Create data ecosystems, dashboards, and metrics for engineering visibility. Define roadmap, ship improvements, enable self-service through documentation and training, and collaborate with security, product, and leadership. Leverage and champion AI tools to boost developer performance.

Design, build, and own backend systems for blockchain and staking infrastructure. Implement APIs, Ethereum data pipelines, indexers, validator integrations, and operational tooling. Lead architecture, testing, deployment, observability, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards and AI-assisted workflows.
