Own month-end close and general ledger accounting, prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, manage AR/AP/T&E workflows, support external audits and PBCs, maintain internal controls, and drive ERP implementation and automation to shorten and tighten the close.

The Executive Assistant will support Gamma's co-founders by managing calendars, planning events, coordinating communications, and creating workflows using AI tools.
