Teams at Gamma (gamma.app)

Build Gamma’s AI-powered, real-time collaborative editor using CRDTs and WebSockets. Develop full-stack AI features, optimize frontend performance, implement polished interfaces, contribute to open-source projects, and design APIs with backend engineers. The role requires close collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create fast, intuitive web experiences at scale.

Build Gamma’s visual experience through polished, accessible React components, design-system primitives, responsive layouts, animations, and micro-interactions. Optimize rendering performance and maintain smooth 60fps interactions while solving cross-browser compatibility and rendering challenges. Partner with designers to convert high-fidelity mocks into reusable, well-documented component libraries, handling edge cases, loading states, errors, and responsive behavior.

Build and optimize full-stack onboarding, activation, viral growth, and monetization experiences. Develop credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, upgrade flows, and experimentation tooling. Run A/B tests, instrument analytics, monitor growth metrics, and partner with product, design, and data teams to improve conversion, retention, and revenue.
