As Sales Manager, you'll lead and coach the West Coast sales team, build sales processes, manage pipeline health, and work cross-functionally. Recruitment and team growth responsibilities are also key aspects of the role.

Design and run an AI-first production pipeline to generate high-volume static and video ads. Own creative output and brand identity, manage and hire designers, collaborate with media buyers and strategists, read ad performance data, and iterate assets using prompt engineering, API integrations, and automation.

Lead top-of-funnel growth by running experiments across SEO, content, social, paid channels, and creator/affiliate programs. Use analytics to design and measure experiments, optimize site-to-signup conversion, and partner with product, engineering, and design to scale growth initiatives.
