Gantri Benefits Overview

Design and develop mechanical products from industrial design concepts through mass production. Own mechanical architecture, detailed part design, prototyping, testing, documentation, manufacturability, reliability, and production ramp. Collaborate with industrial designers, cross-functional teams, vendors, and global manufacturing partners. Lead design reviews, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, FMEA, project coordination, sourcing support, and optimization for digital manufacturing processes.

Lead strategic relationships with major design brands and retailers across North America and Europe. Own a targeted account list from prospecting through launch and expansion, close wholesale and manufacturing partnerships, grow existing accounts, manage pipeline forecasting, and provide market intelligence. Represent Gantri at industry events while collaborating with product development and factory teams on feasibility, pricing, quality, and timelines. Regular travel to customers, trade shows, and Gantri’s Bay Area facility is required.

Own physical product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, testing, and launch readiness for Gantri’s hardware programs. Coordinate industrial design, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, marketing, sales, vendors, and external partners through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production. Lead user testing, capacity planning, risk management, documentation, and development of wireless, low, Gantri Made, and future creator products.
