Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for supply-chain platforms supporting food sourcing, warehouse management, and delivery. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, conduct user research, analyze metrics, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Optimize costs through automation and process improvement while building consensus across stakeholders. The role requires product management experience in physical-goods logistics, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functionally in a high-growth startup.

Provides live chat and email support to field teams and client office managers, troubleshooting issues, managing and prioritizing help desk tickets, placing orders, recommending products, and escalating problems. The role also supports ticket tagging, workflow improvements, training documentation, and process innovation across operational departments.

Leads business intelligence and analytics initiatives, delivering performance insights and scalable reporting solutions. Designs data warehouses, data lakes, and BI platforms; extracts, transforms, and analyzes complex data; applies statistical and predictive modeling techniques; collaborates with stakeholders across business functions; prioritizes analytical projects; and mentors other analysts.
