Leads a portfolio of supplier and new product introduction source changes through GE Aerospace’s change process. Plans and executes projects, coordinates suppliers and cross-functional teams, manages risks and schedules, resolves manufacturing and readiness issues, and protects on-time delivery and supply continuity. Uses data analysis, problem-solving, project management practices, and FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to drive accountability, escalation, and continuous improvement.

Leads US and Canada payroll and time and attendance service delivery, including payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, employee records, reporting, policies, and outsourced provider metrics. Oversees regional payroll teams and large-scale transitions, advises HR stakeholders, monitors regulatory changes, improves processes, and develops service models. The role requires expertise in payroll systems, strong project management, communication, analytical, consultative, and leadership skills.

Prepares quarterly and annual GAAP and statutory financial statements, NAIC schedules, regulatory filings, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Supports internal and external audits while maintaining financial and operational controls, improving processes, and delivering accurate reporting and analysis for insurance products.
