Leads end-to-end commercial risk mitigation during the inquiry-to-order phase, specializing in U.S. Government contracting. Responsibilities include negotiating and redlining complex agreements, interpreting FAR and DFARS requirements, managing CMMC and NIST compliance obligations, conducting risk reviews, developing mitigation strategies, supporting sales and tendering teams, standardizing contract processes, and coordinating cross-functional approval and contract handoff. This individual contributor role requires substantial government contracting and commercial risk experience.

Lead commercial contract lifecycle activities including negotiation, agreement management, claims and dispute resolution. Advise on commercial issues, manage customer and supplier relationships, contribute to policy and best practices, and support project phases (ITO and OTR). Mentor colleagues, lead small projects, and use data analysis to support recommendations.

Leads the strategy, delivery, governance, and lifecycle management of global finance tax technology products and programs. Establishes tax ecosystem roadmaps, coordinates ERP and business stakeholders, manages vendors, drives adoption and automation, oversees data architecture and compliance, and monitors performance metrics. Advises senior leadership, leads transformation initiatives, manages technical debt, and mentors product managers and analysts across a global matrix organization.
