Own commercial and growth analytics for GeneDx’s top line, answering questions about volume, revenue, pricing, coverage, field capacity, and product performance. Serve as a senior advisor to commercial and product leaders, structure ambiguous problems, lead analyses end to end using AI agents, communicate executive-ready insights, support evidence-based decisions, monitor outcomes, and surface emerging opportunities. Maintain analytical governance, apply measurement and experimental design, and contribute reusable methods to the analytics function.

Leads the financial systems team and oversees ERP, HRIS, reporting, integrations, access governance, production operations, audit support, and SOX controls. Owns the financial systems roadmap, platform optimization, automation, AI use cases, change management, and user training. Manages team resources and delivers financial systems initiatives while partnering with operational finance leadership.

Plans, leads, and delivers cross-functional EHR implementation programs from inception through completion. Manages roadmaps, resources, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement while aligning multiple projects with strategic objectives. Coordinates internal and external teams, provides executive-level updates, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Leads revenue accounting and commercial finance, overseeing ASC 606 compliance, revenue close, accrual models, controls, audits, forecasting, financial planning, and commercial business cases. Partners with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Market Access, Commercial, and analytics teams to assess payer and reimbursement impacts, analyze complex datasets, improve reporting, and provide executive decision support. Manages and develops a small finance team.
