The intern will design, execute, optimize, analyze, and present biochemical, immunochemical, and cell-based assay experiments supporting biologics development from clinical through launch phases. Responsibilities include developing potency methods, contributing to process development and characterization, supporting formulation studies and GMP product release and stability testing, and collaborating with scientists and cross-functional teams.

Execute high-throughput protein production and purification workflows for antibody, bispecific, and multispecific therapeutic molecules. Operate AKTA/FPLC systems, perform chromatography and SEC-HPLC quality testing, support additional analytical assays, prepare buffers and columns, maintain instruments, optimize protocols, document results, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet quality and production timelines.

Leads payer and PBM contract strategy implementation across U.S. pharmaceutical customer segments. Oversees contracting strategy, negotiations, operationalization, dispute management, compliance, budgeting, and team development. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve market access, revenue protection, contract performance, and operational efficiency through data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Lead investigative toxicology strategy for Neuroscience and CVRM drug portfolios. Develop preclinical safety roadmaps for emerging therapeutic modalities, identify and de-risk mechanistic liabilities, oversee matrixed experimental studies, and integrate predictive toxicology workflows. Collaborate with computational modelers, laboratory staff, project teams, external consortia, and regulatory groups. Represent the organization scientifically and advance human-relevant New Approach Methodologies through capability development, publications, and regulatory engagement.

Supports protein outsourcing, receiving, distribution, purification, and characterization. Performs QC analyses using mass spectrometry, SEC-MALS, analytical HPLC, LAL, SDS-PAGE, and mass photometry. Manages weekly outsourcing assignments, develops purification and characterization methods, applies new technologies, and collaborates closely with scientists in a core facility environment.

Supports the CEO by managing complex calendars, global travel, meetings, executive communications, confidential information, contracts, purchase orders, expenses, and pre-read materials. Partners with the CEO support team, coordinates high-profile stakeholder engagements, improves administrative workflows through AI and enterprise systems, supports onboarding, and mentors the administrative community.
