Design and build multi-agent Generative AI business applications, architect RAG-based retrieval and multimodal systems, collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to align UX and capabilities, drive observability and performance optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor stakeholders, and influence technical priorities across the enterprise.

Lead prototyping and scaling of AI-driven, multi-agent and knowledge-graph solutions for real-world and clinical data. Design scalable data pipelines for unstructured and multi-modal sources, run innovation pilots, develop low/no-code analytics platforms, ensure governance and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR), and mentor teams while partnering across science, engineering, and product functions.

Lead product strategy and adoption for data-driven omnichannel orchestration and automation. Define roadmaps, business requirements, and channel prioritization logic; partner with data, analytics, technical PMs, and stakeholders to enable segmentation, audience management, decision engine integration, and feature rollouts that deliver personalized customer journeys while ensuring compliance.
