Administer ADFS, configure federation trusts, implement SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed and certificate-based solutions, support SSO/MFA/conditional access, troubleshoot tokens/certificates, onboard applications, document designs, and contribute to Zero Trust and identity modernization efforts.

Perform cloud cost analysis and optimization for CMS cloud products: collect and review billing data, produce financial reports and dashboards, train customers on cloud cost patterns and tools, manage master payer accounts, recommend savings (e.g., savings plans/reserved instances), and support FinOps adoption.

Lead human-centered design and front-end engineering for the NIH Data Lakehouse: conduct user research and testing; create wireframes, prototypes, flows, and accessible interfaces; build scalable React/Next.js/TypeScript UI components; integrate with GraphQL and search services; contribute to design systems, component libraries, and platform-wide front-end best practices.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture direction for enterprise application teams. Guide solution design, ensure security/compliance, enforce CI/CD and coding standards, lead reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, document architectures, and promote responsible AI-assisted development while mentoring engineers.
