Provide 24/7/365 on-site Tier 1/2 mission support: monitor systems with SolarWinds/Splunk/Wireshark, triage hardware/software/network faults, support Layer 1-3 networking, respond to mission-critical incidents, perform checks and testing, maintain SOPs and configuration management using BMC Remedy.

Support finance and program leadership by performing budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Maintain financial models and project records, ensure compliance with contract and federal regulations, prepare invoice backup and reporting deliverables, and assist with cost proposals and special projects to support U.S. diplomatic operations.

Design and lead development of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid software training. Collaborate with SMEs and agencies to create ADDIE-based curricula, ensure Section 508 compliance, produce webinars, web-based training, user guides and online help, and evaluate training effectiveness for USPS implementations.
