Provides 24/7 on-site mission support for classified IT systems, networks, and satellite ground stations. Monitors infrastructure, triages hardware and software faults, resolves mission-critical incidents, supports networking and configuration management, performs system checks, assists engineering testing, analyzes operational events, and maintains SOP/TTP documentation. The role requires real-time customer coordination, rotating Panama shifts, and active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI.

Supports the IHS Electronic Health Records Modernization program by designing, integrating, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining biomedical and end-user devices. Develops solutions for complex device engineering, infrastructure, security, backup, and redundancy challenges; maintains technical documentation; collaborates with cyber and implementation teams; and may lead or mentor others. The role is fully remote, requires Oracle Health experience, and may involve up to 25% travel.

Designs, deploys, integrates, and maintains secure VDI environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. Engineers Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and AWS WorkSpaces solutions; administers Windows and Linux systems; manages identity, profiles, images, packaging, and integrations. Builds cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible, automates operations, maintains security posture, supports monitoring and remediation, and prepares technical documentation. Requires active Secret clearance, Top Secret eligibility, and occasional after-hours support.
