Provide advanced IT support and device lifecycle management across North America: troubleshoot hardware, software, network and AV issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, inventory in ServiceNow; support Intune, AD/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and meeting-room technologies; coordinate with L3/L4 teams and participate in on-call and on-site support as needed.

Leads a regional Business Development organization responsible for pipeline generation, prospecting strategy, conversion performance, and revenue growth. Manages, coaches, and develops BDRs; builds enablement programs, playbooks, and promotion pathways; partners with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies; analyzes pipeline and campaign data; improves forecasting and process efficiency; and champions CRM, sales engagement, and AI-enabled prospecting technologies.

Supports corporate development strategy and buy-side M&A, including competitive intelligence, acquisition target sourcing, financial and qualitative analysis, business case development, due diligence project management, executive documentation, integration initiatives, minority investments, divestitures, and strategic projects. The role also advances AI tools used in corporate development workflows.
