Drive territory sales for GenScript's custom life science services in the San Francisco Peninsula. Build and maintain customer relationships through account management and 50% field travel, collaborate with Regional Managers and Technical Solution Managers to implement territory strategies, pursue new customers, and meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals while providing market feedback to internal teams.

Lead product strategy and commercial growth for antibody expression and protein services. Define portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market plans; partner with R&D, production, sales, and marketing to improve quality, scalability, and customer experience; support strategic customer projects and track business performance.

The Regional Marketing Director will develop and execute marketing plans, lead demand generation campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth and revenue in assigned markets.
