Owns full-cycle recruitment for phlebotomists, medical assistants, and operational staff nationwide. Responsibilities include sourcing, candidate evaluation, communications, credentialing and background-check coordination, onboarding, new-hire orientation, recruiting workflow improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and retention analysis. The Recruiter will help scale a fast-growing at-home diagnostics platform while maintaining a positive candidate and employee experience.
