Supports strategy, commercial, economic, and organizational advisory projects for infrastructure-sector clients. Responsibilities include research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, business cases, market assessments, stakeholder support, presentations, reports, proposal development, and project coordination. The role works under experienced consultants while developing consulting capabilities through training, coaching, and increasing ownership of deliverables.

Leads electrical engineering projects from planning and design through construction support across infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and federal markets. Prepares reports, specifications, studies, calculations, proposals, budgets, and cost estimates; designs power distribution, controls, lighting, backup power, telecommunications, and emergency systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages stakeholders and project delivery, mentors engineers, develops standards, and provides client-focused solutions.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, and deliver highway, roadway, and active transportation projects. Manage budgets, schedules, project controls, stakeholder engagement, technical quality, and compliance with Caltrans/AASHTO standards. Mentor staff, support business development, and promote innovative delivery and risk management across projects from concept through construction.
