GHP Management Corporation is the property operations division and a subsidiary of GH Palmer Associates. Formed in 2009, it manages property operations and resident satisfaction for the company’s multifamily residential communities. GHP provides multifamily property management throughout Southern California, overseeing more than 12,500 apartment homes and supporting resident-focused operations across its portfolio for residents and communities throughout the region.
