Own consumption, retention, and expansion across approximately 10 enterprise customers using Giga’s AI platform. Build account ramp plans, drive customers toward usage commitments, manage production escalations, coordinate engineers and product teams, lead executive value reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and make usage visible through Salesforce. As the first Customer Success hire, establish the function’s playbook and operating model.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic operator and thought partner, managing executive-office operations, planning rhythms, OKRs, dashboards, board preparation, fundraising support, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves CEO leverage, drives accountability, synthesizes business performance, and ensures strategic priorities progress across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations.

Lead and own the most complex enterprise deployments of real-time AI agents end-to-end. Architect systems, build integrations and tooling, mentor FDE engineers, debug production incidents (telephony, latency, integrations), and translate deployment learnings into product improvements while interfacing directly with customer engineering leadership.
