Build and maintain security systems for an AI platform handling sensitive customer interactions. Responsibilities include application, infrastructure, and cloud security; access controls and authorization; audit logging; vulnerability scanning; dependency auditing; secrets management; automated detection; and security tooling. The role writes production code, partners with backend and infrastructure engineers, and helps address AI-agent risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.

Own consumption, retention, and expansion across approximately 10 enterprise customers using Giga’s AI platform. Build account ramp plans, drive customers toward usage commitments, manage production escalations, coordinate engineers and product teams, lead executive value reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and make usage visible through Salesforce. As the first Customer Success hire, establish the function’s playbook and operating model.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic operator and thought partner, managing executive-office operations, planning rhythms, OKRs, dashboards, board preparation, fundraising support, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves CEO leverage, drives accountability, synthesizes business performance, and ensures strategic priorities progress across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations.
