The Staff Swift Engineer will lead the technical direction of iOS SDKs, ensure integration of Giga's voice and chat agents, and maintain high-quality mobile experiences. Responsibilities include designing SDK architecture, optimizing UI and performance, and collaborating with design and web teams to enhance mobile interfaces.

Customer-facing engineer building, deploying, and operating real-time AI voice/chat agents. Run discovery and demos, prototype and iterate quickly, set up CI/CD, monitor live usage, debug issues, communicate with customers, and feed product/platform improvements.

Own end-to-end internal IT and security operations: device and fleet management (primarily Mac), Google Workspace and identity, help desk, security hygiene, compliance (SOC 2/ISO), network security, vendor/MSP management, tooling procurement and budget, and audit support.
