Manages mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution for large construction projects. Oversees MEP staff and subcontractors, schedules, procurement, bid scopes, pricing, change orders, BIM coordination, quality plans, inspections, commissioning, and safety compliance. Leads client communication, direct-report development, risk management, and coordination with business development to support project and client objectives.

Leads large or multiple construction project teams, overseeing safety, contract compliance, financial performance, quality, scheduling, subcontracting, risk mitigation, preconstruction, and closeout. Directs project staff, manages owner and subcontractor relationships, negotiates contracts, develops market and business-development strategies, and coaches team members. The role is primarily jobsite-based with occasional office travel.

Supports designated geographic regions through employee relations, recruiting, college and intern hiring, workforce planning, compensation guidance, performance management, onboarding, succession planning, and employment-law compliance. Partners with managers and senior HR leadership, leads HR initiatives, conducts orientations and exit interviews, and advises on staffing, employee issues, and salary planning. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, HR expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
