Own strategic relationships with silicon and accelerator partners from strategy and technical evaluation through commercial agreements, POCs, deployment, and production scale. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Infrastructure, GTM, and PMO. Negotiate pricing, financing, capacity commitments, and roadmap alignment while connecting partner capabilities to customer demand and ensuring measurable technical, commercial, and operational outcomes.

Coordinate hardware partnership activities across technical evaluations, proofs of concept, commercial workstreams, financing, supply, and deployment. Prepare partner meetings, maintain Notion pages and trackers, document actions and decisions, monitor milestones, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and surface risks or blockers. The role supports partnership owners while gradually taking ownership of smaller projects and workstreams.

Build and lead Gimlet’s FP&A function, owning financial models, budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, scenario analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting. Partner with executives, Strategic Finance, Infrastructure, GTM, Accounting, and technical teams on resource allocation, infrastructure investment, commercial planning, and business decisions. Establish scalable tools and processes, support board and investor reporting, and develop a high-performing FP&A team for a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company.

Design, deploy, automate, and operate high-performance data center networks connecting compute, storage, and distributed AI systems. Responsibilities include building spine-leaf and Clos fabrics, bringing new sites and hardware online, improving network reliability and performance, automating provisioning and monitoring, establishing deployment standards, and troubleshooting issues across networking, hardware, software, and distributed systems. Experience with BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, RDMA, cloud networking, and network automation is valuable.

Support Gimlet’s executives and leadership team by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, events, follow-up, and administrative workflows. The role serves as a trusted liaison across executives, investors, and external partners; anticipates needs, resolves conflicts, tracks commitments, and introduces structure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This position requires polished communication, discretion, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and consistent on-site work in San Francisco.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles across AI infrastructure, systems, networking, compilers, kernels, and distributed systems. Build talent maps, source passive candidates, partner with engineering leaders and founders, calibrate hiring standards, assess candidates, close hires, and improve recruiting processes using data and AI.

Owns accounting and financial operations for a rapidly scaling, multi-entity technology company. Responsibilities include close and consolidation, technical accounting, audits, controls, payroll, equity administration, cash management, procurement, AP, billing, collections, ERP and financial systems, and public-company readiness. The role partners cross-functionally on complex commercial arrangements and builds the accounting and finance operations team.
