Teams at Gimlet Labs

Own strategic relationships with silicon and accelerator partners from strategy and technical evaluation through commercial agreements, POCs, deployment, and production scale. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Infrastructure, GTM, and PMO. Negotiate pricing, financing, capacity commitments, and roadmap alignment while connecting partner capabilities to customer demand and ensuring measurable technical, commercial, and operational outcomes.

Coordinate hardware partnership activities across technical evaluations, proofs of concept, commercial workstreams, financing, supply, and deployment. Prepare partner meetings, maintain Notion pages and trackers, document actions and decisions, monitor milestones, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and surface risks or blockers. The role supports partnership owners while gradually taking ownership of smaller projects and workstreams.

Build and lead Gimlet’s FP&A function, owning financial models, budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, scenario analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting. Partner with executives, Strategic Finance, Infrastructure, GTM, Accounting, and technical teams on resource allocation, infrastructure investment, commercial planning, and business decisions. Establish scalable tools and processes, support board and investor reporting, and develop a high-performing FP&A team for a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company.
