Develop and implement novel AI models for network biology using large-scale biological data. Collaborate with computational and experimental biologists, use GPU/HPC infrastructure and Slurm, publish results, and present at conferences. Support code development and reproducible research practices.

Support wet-lab research by performing protein purification, in vitro chromatin reconstitution, and molecular biology to create sequencing libraries (single-cell and single-molecule) for Illumina and PacBio. Lead and manage career services for graduate students, postdocs, and alumni: design programs and digital content, provide individual advising and workshops, organize events, maintain alumni and employer networks, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate partnerships to support career exploration and job search readiness.

Build and deploy AI systems and agentic workflows for a biomedical research lab: ingest and index literature and lab data, develop agents that reason and generate hypotheses, proactively monitor new results, collaborate with scientists, and evaluate cutting-edge AI tools for research acceleration.
