Supports GlobalFoundries’ Commercial Transformation Partner Excellence program by mapping and improving partner processes, analyzing sales and partner performance, identifying system gaps, facilitating business reviews, automating recurring reports and workflows, and preparing recommendations for commercial leadership. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and uses data, process documentation, low-code tools, and AI-assisted technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Supports semiconductor customers from design concept through tape-out by translating requirements into GF technology and design-enablement solutions. Reviews and resolves technical issues, coordinates with internal experts and EDA partners, tracks risks and customer cases, and develops technical documentation, presentations, application notes, and execution plans. The role also contributes to process-improvement projects and requires collaboration across customer-facing and technical teams.

Leads a global Application Engineering team supporting customer onboarding, software integration, solution enablement, deployment, production ramp, and technical issue resolution. Owns strategic customer engagements, executive reporting, KPIs, dashboards, resource planning, capacity management, and process improvement. Partners with engineering, product, sales, and program teams to drive customer adoption and business outcomes while recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing technical organization.
