Lead RTL development and microarchitecture for an AI-enabled RISC-V CPU core. Responsibilities include designing vector and matrix-processing engines, optimizing power, performance, area, and timing, developing detailed specifications, supporting functional verification, debugging simulations, and partnering on physical design validation. The role requires expertise in high-performance processor architecture, datapath design, vector and matrix processing, and hardware design languages.

Lead administration and continuous improvement of equity compensation programs, including LTI and ESPP. Manage grant processing, data reconciliation, employee support, documentation, payroll and tax reporting, controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors in a global environment. Analyze equity data, prepare leadership reporting, resolve issues, and support compensation projects and annual cycles.

Lead sales and account strategy for Data Center customers in the Bay Area, driving opportunities for processor IP, custom silicon, and software tools. Manage full sales lifecycle, own key accounts, collaborate with engineering and product teams, translate technical requirements into commercial proposals, maintain pipeline and forecasting, and influence product roadmaps based on customer needs.
