Own monthly close activities for assigned accounts and entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and reporting. Support foreign entity reporting, compliance filings, audits, and tax preparation. Identify process and financial system improvements while collaborating across global finance teams. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and adaptability in a growing SaaS environment.

Manage enterprise customer relationships from implementation through expansion. Drive platform adoption, deliver training, identify new use cases, build trusted stakeholder relationships, resolve client challenges, and partner with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams. Monitor account health metrics including NPS and NRR, support renewals and growth opportunities, report on success criteria, and share customer success best practices.

Design and develop scalable AI platforms and developer tools using Python, MLOps, LLM prompting, and agentic workflows. Build ETL and data pipelines, integrate and deploy models on cloud infrastructure, implement monitoring and reliability dashboards, prototype generative AI applications, and establish testing, documentation, security, and ethical AI standards. Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to operationalize intelligent applications.

Design and implement responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript. Translate complex procurement workflows into usable UI, integrate with backend APIs, contribute to a component library and design system, use AI-assisted development tools, write tests, resolve performance bottlenecks, and participate in planning and architecture discussions.

Lead and execute commercial contracting for enterprise SaaS customers, negotiating MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and data protection terms. Advise sales and revenue teams on risk vs. commercial tradeoffs, collaborate with Security/Privacy on compliance, own AI-specific contract terms, and build contracting playbooks and templates to scale revenue operations.

Lead and scale strategic partnerships with consulting firms and complementary technology vendors. Own partner lifecycle — identification, onboarding, enablement, commercial models, co-sell motion, and reporting. Negotiate agreements, define GTM and success metrics, run QBRs, and represent Globality at industry events while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Own the full sales cycle for complex, high-value SaaS deals: prospect and land Global 2000 accounts, build C-suite and procurement relationships, expand usage and revenue, collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions, and manage forecasting, reporting, and competitive insights.
