Lead a 50+ distributed engineering organization to own identity, authentication, authorization, and profile services. Set technical vision, drive adoption of OAuth/OIDC and OpenFGA, improve reliability and incident response, mentor senior managers, contribute hands-on code and prototypes, and promote safe use of AI-assisted development tools.

Lead architecture and build platform services for GoDaddy's Internal Developer Platform used by 1,000+ engineers. Design high-scale APIs, infrastructure orchestration, and AI-powered developer tooling. Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams. Own production systems (performance, reliability, on-call) and drive technical direction to improve developer productivity across APIs, CLI, and UI.

Own and maintain reliability, performance, scalability, and capacity of massive Ceph storage clusters. Troubleshoot distributed storage issues, build automation (Python/Shell, SaltStack, Ansible), define observability (SLIs/SLOs, PromQL/LogQL, Grafana), and lead lifecycle initiatives like upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
