Develop and art direct integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, experiential, brand, and live channels. Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, strategists, and producers; design and produce campaign assets; direct photographers and production partners; present to clients; support adaptations across channels; and use AI tools to accelerate ideation while maintaining high craft standards.

Lead business development efforts (manage HubSpot pipeline, qualify leads, conduct first-call screens, drive proposals/RFPs, outreach) while managing marketing (social content, campaigns, metrics, website updates) and providing light executive support to the President (calendar, briefings, communications). Hybrid role in San Francisco with client-facing responsibilities and agency collaboration.
