Lead and execute vehicle brake performance testing and validation, develop metrics and methodologies, support simulation, instrument vehicles, analyze data, resolve issues, and manage FMVSS testing and supplier/department negotiations. Frequent travel to test sites required.

Support powertrain validation by developing and executing DVP&Rs for electric drive components (EDU, inverter, battery box, DCDC, HV harness). Manage supplier testing, analyze test data, perform teardowns/root-cause, maintain test documentation, coordinate assets and schedules, and travel to test facilities to ensure proper execution.

The Test Engineer III will lead vehicle braking tests, develop performance metrics, refine testing methodologies, and analyze complex braking systems with a focus on safety and performance.
