Maintain and publish weekly contact-center schedules, align short-term forecasts to volume, update agent/team records, produce WFM performance reports, manage shift bids, analyze time-off allotments, support WFM coordinators, and liaise with supervisors and leadership to ensure coverage and staffing accuracy.

Supports daily customer care operations across phone, email, and chat channels. Leads omni-channel shopper marketing, retail media, merchandising, influencer, and promotional programs across major national retail accounts. Partners with sales teams on joint business planning, line reviews, budgets exceeding $1 million, and trade ROI optimization. Advises on digital advertising, content optimization, retailer media tactics, and influencer campaigns. Manages agencies and vendors, supports product launches, and mentors retail marketing team members.
