Teams at Golden State Communications, Inc.

Leads accounting operations including AR, billing, AP, month-end close, reconciliations, collections, internal controls, and process improvement. Supervises three employees, supports audits, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and serves as a NetSuite ERP resource. Partners with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and provides backup support to the Controller.

Manage customer billing, accounts receivable, collections, sales tax administration, account reconciliations, and reporting. Resolve billing discrepancies, process payments and credits, support month-end close, assist with audits, train junior staff, and recommend process improvements to maintain accurate AR and timely collections.
