Drive revenue transformation for mid-market Financial Services and Healthcare customers using Gong’s AI Operating System. Responsibilities include designing revenue strategies and AI-driven workflows, leading adoption and change management, quantifying ROI, managing renewals and expansions, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes, retention, and net dollar retention. The role requires executive stakeholder management, data-driven value realization, and customer success experience in B2B SaaS.

Lead Gong’s global Product Marketing organization, defining product positioning, market differentiation, GTM strategy, launches, solution marketing, pricing and packaging, thought leadership, and customer value narratives. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive adoption, growth, enablement, monetization, and market leadership for Gong’s Revenue AI platform. Serve as a senior external ambassador while building and guiding a high-performing PMM team.
