Drive new enterprise business in the financial services sector through prospecting, account planning, consultative selling, and complex deal execution. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, build executive relationships, develop account-based strategies, communicate Gong’s value proposition, and collaborate with SDR, sales, and sales engineering teams. The fully remote role requires up to 20% customer travel.

Own revenue marketing for Gong’s Commercial and Mid-Market segments by creating scalable demand-generation programs and achieving sourced pipeline targets. Partner with Sales, SDRs, GTM Operations, and Marketing teams to develop demand strategies across digital, content, webinars, email, lifecycle, and inbound channels. Use AI and automation to improve targeting and personalization, run experiments, analyze full-funnel data, and deliver actionable pipeline and revenue insights.

Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Support sales cycles involving six-figure accounts, monitor team and individual results, and improve sales processes, efficiency, productivity, and KPIs. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving quotas, and building a high-performing sales organization serving corporate and enterprise customers.
