Manage execution of credit and underwriting policies within decisioning platforms. Maintain policy configurations, documentation, version histories, audit trails, and change approvals. Monitor approval, pull-through, override, and policy-drift metrics; identify gaps and communicate risks to senior leaders. Design and evaluate A/B, champion/challenger, and shadow tests, assess credit and fraud vendors, support pilot integrations, and prioritize configuration changes across Product and Engineering while maintaining compliance and portfolio performance.

Designs and develops scalable web applications, APIs, and document lifecycle systems using Node.js and AWS. Builds secure solutions for document generation, signing, and vaulting while translating legal and business requirements into compliant technical implementations. Responsibilities include testing, continuous deployment, code reviews, system optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and mentoring engineers. Collaborates with product, engineering, and legal stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-availability document services.
