The role collaborates with Product, Design, Finance, Risk, and Operations while mentoring engineers and promoting scalable, maintainable, reliable systems.

Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of full-stack applications powered by AI and LLMs. Design agentic workflows, embedding systems, personalized content delivery, and MCP integrations across web, mobile, SMS, voice, and APIs. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, improve reliability and performance, ensure security and privacy compliance, and drive initiatives from planning through production.

Build, maintain, monitor, and scale enterprise platform services spanning IAM, communications, payments, and API gateways. Design highly available and fault-tolerant products, evaluate technical tradeoffs, contribute to platform roadmaps and technical strategy, and collaborate with product, architecture, and design teams. The role also mentors engineers, promotes software quality and operational excellence, and applies backend platform engineering, API, messaging, DevOps, and AI-assisted development expertise.
