Develop and deliver job-readiness training (resumes, interviews), manage participant caseloads, coordinate with case managers, place participants into subsidized and permanent jobs, report progress, transport participants as needed, advocate with employers, and represent Goodwill in community outreach and networking.

Provide employer outreach, job development, and labor-market analysis to place veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness into livable‑wage jobs. Coordinate training partnerships, coach participants on job-readiness, track placements and retention, facilitate case conferencing with partners, and maintain HVRP records and reporting.

Sorts, cleans, and prices donated merchandise for the sales floor using standardized processes and pricing software. Identifies saleable vs unsaleable items, prepares clothing on hangers, places items for e-commerce as appropriate, and works with vocational clients. Meets productivity, accuracy, and sales-per-labor-hour goals while following company procedures and safety standards.
