Leads the strategy, operating model, talent lifecycle, technology enablement, performance, and daily execution of paralegal services across a global law firm. Designs practice-specific delivery models, improves workflows and quality, develops managers and career paths, establishes performance metrics, oversees case assistants, drives AI and automation adoption, and partners with attorneys and firm leadership to improve service delivery and scalability.

Develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and agent-based systems. Translate stakeholder workflows into scalable technical solutions using Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript, React, Azure AI services, APIs, and orchestration frameworks. Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows; maintain testing, documentation, security, monitoring, and support standards. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, legal, security, data, and business teams while contributing to pilots, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Supports domestic patent prosecution by preparing and filing USPTO documents, maintaining patent dockets and electronic files, processing official communications, opening and updating matters, conducting conflict checks, and assisting attorneys and clients. The role requires strong organization, communication, technical, analytical, and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment.
