Leads legal project management for complex matters, partnering with attorneys, clients, pricing teams, and business development to manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, profitability, and client transparency. Builds matter plans, dashboards, playbooks, workflows, and predictive budgeting tools; drives AI and automation adoption; establishes a new LPM operating model; supports change management and training; and mentors junior team members.

Manages strategic pricing for legal services, including alternative fee arrangements, fixed fees, retainers, proposals, RFPs, negotiations, profitability analysis, and budget-to-actual reporting. Develops pricing models, benchmarks, cost models, and AI-enabled tools; analyzes matter data to generate actionable insights. Partners with attorneys, clients, Finance, and Legal Project Management, while delivering training and mentoring analysts.

Owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys email platform, including architecture, configuration, integrations, governance, and roadmap. Builds and deploys email campaigns and automated journeys, manages QA and technical sign-off, and partners with marketing, CRM, analytics, privacy, technology, and vendors. The role also leads platform improvements, documentation, change management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and in-house and external production resources.
