Owns and evolves the Hire-to-Retire technology ecosystem, including Workday configuration, HR system integrations, secure data flows, process automation, testing, deployments, support, vendor management, and roadmap strategy. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, IT, and external vendors to optimize employee lifecycle processes, maintain data governance, and align HR technology with enterprise architecture and business priorities.

Lead technical program management for GFiberERP suite (SAP, Coupa, DocuSign, Salesforce). Define integration strategy, manage data migration and validation, prioritize stakeholder requests, orchestrate end-to-end test cycles, and deliver monthly releases for cloud-deployed ERP and billing systems.

Lead technical program management for GFiber engineering projects focused on cloud-deployed OSS/BSS systems and field-deployed systems. Manage issue triage from field teams, drive design and implementation, prioritize stakeholder requests, oversee GCP release deployments, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
