Represent clients in unlawful detainer matters under the direction of experienced litigation attorneys. Handle assignments with minimal supervision, conduct legal research, prepare persuasive written materials, and participate in litigation. Candidates must be California residents licensed to practice law in California, with at least two years of unlawful detainer experience and strong litigation, writing, speaking, academic, and research skills.

Supports attorneys with litigation case management, legal and factual research, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, document review, database organization, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include preparing exhibits and pretrial pleadings, coordinating witnesses and vendors, organizing client productions, and providing live trial support. Requires litigation paralegal experience, knowledge of California civil procedure, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with litigation support software and Microsoft Office.
