Lead product vision, strategy, discovery, roadmap ownership, analytics, experimentation, UX, and go-to-market alignment for an AI-native developer learning platform. The CPO will scale adoption and retention, recruit and develop the product and design organization, define KPIs, conduct competitive analysis, and represent the product with investors and the developer community.

Design and operate a production-grade multi-agent AI platform using Gemini models, Google ADK, Pub/Sub, Redis, Firestore, Neo4j, and evaluation tools. Build orchestration, multimodal integrations, RAG, adaptive learning loops, artifact generation, guardrails, and performance optimization. Collaborate across backend, frontend, prompt engineering, and product teams while scaling AI tutoring capabilities and monitoring quality, latency, safety, and model drift.

Own Vibecoderz’s full people function, including recruiting, onboarding, culture, employer branding, performance development, compliance, benefits, employee relations, diversity, and scalable HR operations. The role will personally recruit early hires, establish HRMS and payroll systems, manage labor-law compliance and ESOPs, build retention and well-being programs, and prepare people processes for funding, M&A, or IPO growth across India, the US, and Europe.
