Join Grafana Labs' Enterprise Solutions Engineering team to drive technical pre-sales engagements. Partner with Sales to present demos, run technical evaluations, close opportunities, provide product feedback to PM/Engineering, and create enablement content (docs, blog posts, videos). Act as a customer-facing product expert to educate and enable customers across the sales cycle.

Sell and expand Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise within existing accounts across the Central region. Prospect, manage full sales cycle (demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), hit quarterly and annual targets, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, support trials, andhandoff to Customer Success. Focus on consultative selling and account growth.
