Receives and manages customer orders, coordinates materials dispatch and scheduling, provides quotes and pricing, supports billing and documentation inquiries, and develops retention strategies for assigned customers. The role collaborates with sales and operations teams, recaptures lost sales and customers, and delivers customer support across aggregate and asphalt operations.

Supports plant oversight, production quantity and cost calculations, operational improvement studies, regulatory compliance plans, safety audits, equipment maintenance prioritization, spare-parts inventory, and inventory reconciliations. The intern also assists plant managers, foremen, and superintendents with operational needs. The role emphasizes engineering, plant operations, construction materials processing, safety, environmental compliance, and efficient maintenance.
