Teams at Granola

Manage a book of enterprise and high-potential SaaS accounts end-to-end: run high-touch onboarding, drive adoption, own renewals and expansion, lead AI integration/setup, design workflows and change management, and shape CS playbooks while collaborating with Sales and Product.

You will define and build operational processes for Granola's sales, partner with Sales leadership, drive revenue performance, and enable the sales team through tooling and data analysis.

The Account Executive will build a high-velocity sales motion, managing numerous inbound opportunities, converting free users to paid accounts, and generating sales pipelines through outbound efforts. They will test messaging and partner with product teams to enhance sales strategies.
