Lead enterprise brand strategy across 20+ markets: define positioning, propositions, messaging architectures, brand architecture and M&A brand decisions; set governance, operating model and tools; own brand research, testing and measurement; advise leadership, build capability, and brief teams for execution while ensuring commercial consistency across regions.

Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation. Own end-to-end solution design, integrations, configuration, testing, release management, and vendor oversight. Partner with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure, standards-based HCM implementations and migrations.

Provide Oracle HCM solution architecture and consulting across full life cycle implementations: gather business requirements, design and configure systems, perform testing, create training materials and deliver training, support post-production, integrate applications, document processes, lead client workshops, and meet utilization targets. Travel up to 40% for client engagements.
