The candidate will lead troubleshooting and engineering support for AI hardware platforms, collaborating with teams on validation and performance.

Coordinates engineering planning, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple teams. Tracks execution, maintains documentation and dashboards, facilitates meetings, supports resource planning, drives follow-up actions, and escalates blockers. The role improves communication, operational processes, and delivery predictability across geographically distributed engineering teams while producing reports and presentations for technical and business stakeholders.

Lead architecture, roadmap, design, testing, and validation for power delivery from data center grid connections through systems and chips. Define rack-level power hardware and firmware, power policies, resiliency strategies, telemetry requirements, and grid compatibility. Collaborate with vendors, ODMs, hardware, firmware, and data center teams; develop prototypes, resolve complex power issues, improve efficiency and reliability, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
