Own end-to-end analytics for a designated business area, including data pipeline development, SQL analysis in AWS Redshift, Tableau dashboards, automated reporting, data quality, and stakeholder communication. Translate complex business questions into actionable insights, develop subject-matter expertise, identify data gaps, and independently drive solutions while partnering with revenue, product, operations, engineering, and BaaS stakeholders.

Design and produce digital marketing materials, product artwork, packaging, and component visuals. Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and execute projects, assess imagery effectiveness, and follow detailed instructions. Provide design support across cross-functional teams and perform other duties as needed.

Own the first-line controls strategy for Green Dot’s Embedded Finance partner portfolio. Responsibilities include designing controls, managing monitoring and testing programs, supporting audits and regulatory exams, drafting remediation plans, tracking issue closure, developing partner risk scorecards, analyzing quality and financial metrics, and reporting findings to senior leadership. The role also builds scalable governance infrastructure and collaborates with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Relationship Managers, regulators, and external BaaS partners.
