Provide IP litigation support from case inception through post-trial and appeals, including e-filing, discovery and deposition preparation, document review and privilege logs, PTAB and ITC support, trial exhibit and witness preparation, case scheduling and database management, vendor coordination, legal research, and courtroom/trial technology assistance.

The associate will handle litigation in IP & technology focusing on AI, internet law, and commercial litigation involving privacy and crypto.

The Legal Support Specialist provides high-level secretarial and administrative support primarily to attorneys in the Tax and Litigation departments, maintaining legal files, processing documents, managing communications, and performing various administrative tasks.
