Responsibilities include researching sophisticated legal issues, drafting briefs, arguing motions, preparing deposition and trial materials, managing discovery and document production, coordinating with experts, and working directly with clients. Candidates should have strong writing, interpersonal, strategic, analytical, and case-management skills, California State Bar admission, and four to six years of relevant experience.

The Legal Support Specialist provides high-level secretarial and administrative support primarily to attorneys in the Tax and Litigation departments, maintaining legal files, processing documents, managing communications, and performing various administrative tasks.
