Coordinates Global Events workflows, maintaining trackers, templates, reporting views, and documentation. Manages contract and purchase requests, invoice documentation, budgets, vendor onboarding, payment tracking, and cross-functional handoffs. Follows up on actions, escalates blockers, supports reconciliation, and implements workflow improvements using Airtable, Zip, Planned, Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, and Codex. The role is based in San Francisco and requires three office days per week.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and facilitate AI literacy training for OpenAI Academy’s in-person and virtual programs. Create slide decks, facilitator guides, demonstrations, exercises, and supporting materials; adapt content for varied audiences; collaborate with subject-matter experts; coach facilitators; verify product workflows; manage versions; and use feedback and assessment data to continuously improve learning experiences.

Owns smaller livestreams, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and studio recordings from intake through delivery while supporting high-impact productions. Responsibilities include studio booking, scheduling, production planning, run-of-show development, presenter preparation, crew coordination, rehearsals, show-day operations, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, approvals, metrics review, and production closeout. The role is predominantly onsite in San Francisco with occasional early, late, or travel-based productions.
