Own multiple enterprise utility software implementations from contract signature through go-live and business as usual. Develop delivery plans, manage scope, dependencies, resources, risks, timelines, and customer responsibilities. Coordinate cross-functional Sales, Data, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Power Engineering teams. Serve as the primary customer contact, manage executive communications, resolve blockers, and drive value realization. Improve implementation playbooks, processes, tooling, and automation while representing the product and technical stack credibly.

Owns high-impact U.S. regional projects spanning sales, partnerships, delivery, and customer outcomes. Translates leadership priorities into workstreams, milestones, decisions, and measurable results; advances enterprise opportunities, manages customer and delivery risks, develops partner and segment strategies, and builds dashboards, operating cadences, playbooks, and AI-enabled automation. The role requires cross-functional leadership without formal authority and close engagement with customers, partners, and frontline teams.

Own and build Gridsight’s marketing function, including product marketing, positioning, account-based growth, customer advocacy, industry community, content, market credibility, AI-enabled workflows, budgeting, measurement, and team development. Partner with founders, Commercial, Product, Customer, and Engineering leadership to support complex utility sales, customer expansion, and U.S. market growth.
