Conduct in-home inspections throughout an assigned territory, diagnose foundation and water-management issues, educate homeowners, recommend solutions, estimate repairs, prepare proposals, and close sales. Representatives use company-generated leads, build customer relationships, manage sales pipelines, and work independently. The role includes mandatory three-week regional training requiring travel, with uncapped commission and potential annual earnings of $100,000–$600,000 for top performers.

Supports the Sales Manager by leading and developing Outside Sales Representatives, improving sales processes, conducting ride-alongs, addressing customer concerns, and helping achieve branch and company sales targets. The role also manages warm leads, prospects personal business, promotes product knowledge, and ensures professional customer presentations. This is a full-time onsite position requiring frequent territory travel with the sales team.
