Build Grow Therapy’s native Android app from the ground up as the founding Android engineer. Own architecture, developer tooling, testing, CI/CD, production releases, observability, security, and consumer-facing features. Set Android standards and technical direction while partnering with product, design, iOS, and backend teams. The role requires hands-on delivery, strategic decision-making with incomplete information, and preparation for a growing Android organization.

Owns Grow Therapy’s client acquisition funnel from awareness through first booking. The role leads growth strategy, launches new acquisition channels and partnerships, improves SEO, AEO, social, referrals, and conversion, and builds MarTech infrastructure for scalable marketing experimentation. This product leader partners closely with Marketing, Client, Provider, and Payer teams while driving 0-to-1 initiatives and end-to-end funnel optimization.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization. Responsibilities include establishing secure defaults, CI guardrails, security requirements, threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure coding education, roadmap ownership, and hands-on code review. The role partners closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and services teams to secure applications, microservices, and AI features while enabling efficient development.
