Teams at Grow Therapy

Owns Grow Therapy’s client acquisition funnel from awareness through first booking. The role leads growth strategy, launches new acquisition channels and partnerships, improves SEO, AEO, social, referrals, and conversion, and builds MarTech infrastructure for scalable marketing experimentation. This product leader partners closely with Marketing, Client, Provider, and Payer teams while driving 0-to-1 initiatives and end-to-end funnel optimization.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Grow Therapy's employer products, manage live employer accounts, and build future employer-focused features. Collaborate with Design, Enterprise Sales, Data, and executive partners to prioritize roadmap, drive data-informed decisions, and scale the Employer vertical.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization. Responsibilities include establishing secure defaults, CI guardrails, security requirements, threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure coding education, roadmap ownership, and hands-on code review. The role partners closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and services teams to secure applications, microservices, and AI features while enabling efficient development.
